JURNAL MANAJEMEN. PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR GURU SMP NEGERI 7 TANJUNGPINANG


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and
organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at SMP Negeri 7
Tanjungpinang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a sample of 50
respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, when the questionnaires were
collected, the researchers processed the data by testing the data quality for validity and reliability
testing, then the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test,
multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, then used multiple linear regression test. as well as
hypothesis testing consisting of t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results show the
servant leadership t-count value of 3.642 and a significance value of 0.001 meaning that servant
leadership has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the
partial t-test calculation results obtained a t-count value of organizational commitment of 3.034
with a significance value of 0.04. Then the calculated f value is greater than f table, with sig less
than 0.05 while the calculated f value is 29,091 greater than f table 3.19 or (29,091>319). Thus,
it can be interpreted that servant leadership and organizational commitment have a positive effect
on organizational citizenship behavior for teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang.
