n the current era of globalization, competition is getting tougher inevery aspect of life, one of which is competition in the business world, especially business in services, namely health services, namely Puskesmas, Puskesmas is a place to make efforts to improve health, prevent and cure diseases and restore health. Puskesmas must be able to guarantee the quality of nursing services through compliance with patient needs. The importance of improving the quality of puskesmas services is to build friendships that encourage relationships with patients so that puskesmas are notleft by their patients.This research was conducted at the Toapaya Health Center UPTD using a descriptive qualitative research with a population of 46 people and a sample of 10 people, analysis using observations and interviews.Based on this research, itcan be seen that the job analysis still does not follow the existing policies because it can be seen from the results of interviews that the number of employees is large but overlaps with jobs so that they have double jobs and result in less effective work performed by employees. This has an impact on the quality of puskesmas services, so there are some patients who complain about the work of employees. It is expected to be able to make requests for employees according to job analysis and division of duties against employees so that complaints do not occur from customers
